Analogue modular electronic synthesizer by Omar Johnsen. The instrument is playing through the sculptures using the metal plates.
Trialog is a collaboration between musician Omar E. Johnssen and artist Magnhild Øen Nordahl. Johnsen has built an analogue modular synthesizer, an instrument set to play through the sculptures. The three sculptures have metal plates suspended in a variety of ways, and attached to each of them, a transducer transforming them into loudspeakers. Installation shots from Platform Stockholm where the work first was shown as part of Entrée´s Exhibition programme. Read reviews of the exhibition Art Belongs to Those Who See It at the Vigeland Museum where the work was shown on Artforum and Kunstkritikk.
